Dr. Mihai Netea is a Professor of Experimental Medicine at Radboud University. He aims to understand factors influencing the variability of human immune responses, the biology of sepsis and immunoparalysis in bacterial and fungal infections, and the memory traits of innate immunity. His recent research involves BCG vaccination and trained immunity.
